About Alvin Gillis

Alvin Gillis is Director of North America Sales Operations supporting Global Sales, Consumer Sales, Services Sales, Channel Sales and has responsibility for a few special projects.  Alvin manages a team of Operations Managers with the responsibility of supporting Sales VPs by driving key data analytics, creating targets, developing both Strategic and tactical growth plans.  
Prior to his current role, Mr. Gillis was the Director of World Wide Incentives and Commissions, where he led the effort to deploy a new Commissions system World Wide and managed teams in 3 different countries.  During his time managing Incentives and Commissions, Mr. Gillis led key projects that improved the overall payment accuracy for the sellers and reduced payment cycle times.

About Mike Saliter

Mike Saliter has nearly 20 years of hands on experience in the Business Intelligence and Analytics market.  At Qlik, he is head of the Industry Solutions organization which is comprised of global industry experts who lead Qlik’s industry and functional go-to-market initiatives spanning sales, marketing, solutions and partners.  Prior to joining Qlik in 2011, Mike spent 3 years as Business Unit Executive for global Industry Solutions within IBM’s Business Analytics division.  He also worked 6 years at Cognos in various presales, sales and marketing leadership roles.  Prior to Cognos, he consulted for Accenture on various BI related projects.  Mike has a BS in Engineering from Virginia Tech and lives in the Washington, DC region.
