Vanessa Mericle is the Manager of Instructional Design for ReliaQuest. Her main duties include working with a fully staffed instructional design team, developing innovative training opportunities for new hires, Sales Academy RQ Leadership Academy, and RQ Mindset. Vanessa’s background in training and design began as a high school chemistry teacher and district instructional coach for Pasco County School District in Florida. She has BS, Bio-Chemistry from the University of South Florida, an MS in Instructional Design Technology from St. Leo University.
