Description

Leaders are challenged to manage change, transform teams and processes, and build talent – all without the benefit of in-person work with their teams. There’s never been a better time to be an improviser – they think on their feet, embrace change and stay positive – all characteristics shared with high performing teams as well.

In this webinar, we use improv as a way to consider adaptability and flexibility during uncertainty and bring energy and positivity to the conversation. These ideas are supported by years of research in human behavior, neuroscience. Using the virtual connection tools we have to build relationships, support and motivate your team, leaders can deepen their use of technology and how to show up with presence to build credibility and trust with their teams, clients, and colleagues.

Participants will:
  • Apply specific behaviors that make improvisers and leaders successful and build resilience for yourself and your teams
  • Practice and share ways to continue to engage with technology and effectively lead team members virtually
  • Engage in interactive exercises to develop collaboration techniques to build virtual communication interaction and confidence
  • Develop a plan to continue the learning, stay connected, and prepare for transitions
