About Samantha Decker

Samantha Decker is the Marketing Director at One10. Decker oversees marketing initiatives for all three of One10’s business segments – travel and events, incentives and recognition and marketing services. 

Bringing unique marketing experience to One10, Decker has started a marketing department at a growing company, worked on a marketing team for a global organization, hustled in a four-person start-up and is now leading marketing at One10 with over 80 Fortune 1000 clients. 

The only truth Decker knows is change. She has led rebranding and growth efforts for every organization she has been a part of and is a strong advocate that purpose and profits can coexist.  

Decker was named a Corporate Connect 40 Under 40, has been published in industry articles, and is currently a member of the Incentive Marketing Association (IMA), Women in Incentives Network and Team Women.

About Callie Medina

Callie Medina is the Director of Corporate Events at BMC Software, BMC Software helps you drive innovation through agility, customer centricity, and actionable insights to deliver growth and thrive in a disruptive market. Callie runs the corporate events team and manages both internal and external events globally. 

Bringing unique marketing experience to BMC, Medina had worked as an Account Manager at Fogarty Klein Monroe, and ad agency in Houston.  Mainly working on Dell and Waste Management accounts focusing on sports sponsorships and execution.  She then moved to the Director of Sponsorships for the Houston and Cleveland Grand Prix’s pairing with sales to close sponsorships. Events has really been her passion and she was recruited to BMC by a past coworker and has been there for 14 years doing what she loves most.

Callie is currently a member of Site Global and Site Texas where she was spotlighted as a new member in 2018.  She currently sits on the social media committee for the Texas chapter where she lives. She is also mom of 5 year old boy / girl twins who keeps her on her toes.
