It's a challenge - getting mid level producers to step up their game and move up the food chain. Their view from the bottom of the ladder can be quite daunting. However, improvements can be made with effective coaching and feedback.

This session will focus on giving sales managers and executives a roadmap and model to use for diagnosing and understanding the barriers to increased performance.   We will examine the manager's role in giving feedback and how to develop your system with a base to build on for each person.

All sales people are different and need to be coached accordingly. Using a system will help you recognize how to change your tone and approach with each person and give feedback for subtle and effective changes.
