Tiffany is an experienced international business leader who led global teams on 3 different continents, Tiffany has gathered understanding and knowledge of how team, culture and leaders work in complex and cross-cultural environments. She authored a book on the topic of leadership in a technology changing world. During the development of the book, she interviewed leaders from around the globe to better understand how technology will impact the future of work. Her research and experience are a culmination of knowledge gathered from all these sources and experience.
 
Tiffany specializes in Leadership Coaching and Development, Succession Planning Strategies, Performance Consulting, and Instructional Design. Tiffany is Founder and Chief Performance Officer of Prince Performance LLC, an internationally renowned firm providing training/facilitation, change management, leadership development and coaching services to a range of companies and industries. She has authored, “Top of the Mountain Leadership- The Future of Performance and Productivity in a Technology Changing World.” 

She has spoken at associations, corporations, and is a frequent guest speaker on podcasts/media on the topics of leadership, change and technology. She has over 20 years of training, facilitation and presenting experience in delivering quality content on custom topics for organizations.
 
Tiffany obtained a Master’s degree in Business Administration, majoring in Global Business Management, from Pepperdine University. Her undergraduate degree is in Marine Biology from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington.
