Prior to joining SkillSurvey, he held the position of Vice President and General Manager of SumTotal Systems’ international operations. In that post, he was responsible for driving strategy, sales and support for SumTotal partners specializing in business process outsourcing, systems integration, OEM and content development. Kramer has earned kudos at both start-ups and publicly traded companies for turning around poorly performing teams, revamping processes and supercharging sales.
