James (Jim) Kirkpatrick is the senior consultant for Kirkpatrick Partners. He is a thought leader in training evaluation and the creator of the New World Kirkpatrick Model, the standard in the training industry. Using his 15 years of corporate experience, Jim trains and consults for organizations around the world. 

Wendy Kirkpatrick is the president and founder of Kirkpatrick Partners. Wendy has nearly three decades of experience in retailing, marketing, and training. Prior to starting Kirkpatrick Partners, she was the Training Manager for a 1,500 person sales and customer service force for a consumer products company.
