Like many sellers who are promoted into sales management due to their success in sales, Gretchen found herself overwhelmed, stressed out, frustrated and unhappy when she was promoted to management.

Now, after nearly 40 years in the business, helping hundreds of sales managers grow out of their frustration and stress, Gretchen wrote The Happy Sales Manager to help those who find themselves leading a sales team while feeling overwhelmed and under qualified, as she once did.

In addition to writing and speaking on the combined impact of the skill sets and mindset of sales and sales leadership, she leads a team of sales experts at her boutique consulting firm, Braveheart Sales Performance.
