With a robust background in organizational development and sociology, I have carved a diverse career in the realms of client success and revenue generation. My journey began as a data analyst in the oil industry in California before transitioning to Profiles International in Waco, Texas, where I significantly contributed to revenue growth.
At Profiles International, I held various roles, starting as a Client Success Manager, where I achieved a remarkable retention rate and expanded 70% of clients. As the Enterprise Client Group Manager, I implemented strategies that improved client retention. My tenure culminated as the Chief Sales and Chief Revenue Officer, where I coordinated sales efforts, trained international partners, and played a pivotal role in the company's acquisition by Wiley in 2014.
I continued my journey at eSkill Corporation in Boston, Massachusetts. As Vice President of Revenue, I restructured sales and service roles, developed client documentation, and recruited a sales leadership team. Later, as Vice President of Client Success and Chief Revenue Officer, I built a Client Success team, increased client retention to 97%, and stabilized growth.
In addition to my corporate roles, I co-founded Eleserv, LLC to address the growing demand for skills and behavioral assessments support, and currently serve as the Managing Partner for SkillDirector in Waco, Texas.
