Description
Every organization aspires to build a culture of learning that fosters employee belonging, boosts growth, and increases retention. Yet, many organizations can struggle with building and nurturing a learning culture when the workforce is multi-generational. Research by Adobe and Lighthouse found that outdated learning platforms can often deter Gen Z workers from learning initiatives. And though all workers agree that learning resources are important at work, those resources differ based on generational differences.
To cultivate a genuine learning culture, organizations must align with modern employee expectations by offering personalized learning experiences and leveraging the latest technologies. Join Ben Eubanks, chief research officer, of Lighthouse Research, and Justin Seeley, learning evangelist at Adobe, as they explore the landscape of learner preferences by delving into how different generations react to different learning methods, and how to use these differences to build an authentic learning culture.

About Lindsey Dawkins
In HR Leadership, I planned and implemented programs to support organizational development, performance culture, learning agility, compliance and productivity, talent building and organizational competency development.
After experiencing HR from the corporate perspective, I moved to the software solutions side, helping people and organizations to reach their HCM potential. Working with the world's largest companies has given me the opportunity to continue to learn, benchmark, and grow talent management practices.
Experiencing Human Resources from a business perspective, as well as an application technology side, I have a unique vantage point for helping businesses find the right solutions at the cross section of people and technology.
